Exciting News!

Guess what?!! I recently obtained my blogging credentials for the Huffington Post!

Holy.shit.balls. Right?

My eldest brother Chuck met Arianna Huffington in June and he mentioned my blog to her. She told him to have me email her. I did the next morning, and the rest is history! Thank you Chuckie for talking me up so!

My very first post went live this morning. It was the one about 7 things to know before starting chemo. Here’s the link to the post on HuffPo.

It would be AMAZING if you all could “Become Fans” of mine on my HuffPo site.  You can do that by clicking on the heart icon next to my name and bio on the HuffPo blog (located at the top of the article).  I’m guessing that my pieces will be featured more prominently on HuffPo as my readership increases.  Just a hunch!

Stay tuned for my next post on 7 things to know while you’re undergoing chemo. It should be up on their site within a few hours.

So what does this mean for Comfortablynumb.co? Nothing really. I’ll continue to blog and post here as I normally do. Occasionally I’ll cross post pieces to HuffPo. Additionally, I might post some of my older entries from this blog up on my HuffPo site. Other than that, nothing will really change at all! I just need to carve out more time for my writing. But little Ms. keeps me pretty busy! Speaking of…..here’s a pic of my doll!

PS. My friend Jen just texted me saying that my HuffPo piece is being linked to by Yahoo. I don’t really know what that means, but it sounds good to me!

Much love,
